Shri Shivaji Education Society has started Shri Shivaji Science and Arts College, Chikhli, Dist. Buldana in 1967 by the efforts of Late Pandharinath Patil, who was a renowned leader of rural area of Buldana district and former member of Parliament of India. Electronics as a subject was introduced in Science faculty in 1986. This Subject was started with the prior permission of Maharashtra Government and University. Department has introduced Vocational Subject Electronics at Junior College Level in 1987. Electronics department runs B.Sc. & Vocational subjects for 11th & 12th.
